"As a guy who loves a good affordable roadside motel and has a pretty low bar for acceptable as far as basic lodging accommodations this fell way below the bar. Never a good sign when the first thing the desk clerk says to you is “if something is wrong with the room I can’t give you a refund” . I’m pretty sure they used cigarette butts yo stuff the mattress and pillows . After psyching myself up to take a shower I grabbed a towel of the tank of the toilette(because why bother installing a shelf...

"Beds were terrible and complained but no help from front desk said we had been in the room for 2 hours before we complained!! Also asked for more towels and would not give us any until we brought down our used ones!! Very poor service will NOT be staying at any Comfort Inns ever again! Telling w ergo e we know about it too!! Worst customer service ever!!!!"

"We had an amazing visit! The place was everything we expected and more! The location felt very secluded even though it was right off the highway (which you could hear but wasn't an issue for us) they provided us with a heater that worked wonderfully to keep the place warm! They even had games for us to play."
