Hoteller nær Michael & Susan Dell Hall

"This is our go to hotel in Austin. Weve been going there for 20+ years !"

"The staff was lovely. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is run down. peeling wallpaper, mildew in the bathroom, bathroom hook missing so no where to hang a towel. The bathroom light fixture was even partially pulled off the wall. My room only had a lamp on one of the bedside tables, and it flickered. When I arrived it looked like the room had been cleaned, but there were still hair balls on the floor."

"Great place to stay. Clean and staff was friendly and helpful."

"Great hotel with beautiful rooms and a lovely pool."

"Amazing service, had snacks and dinner available all weekend for F1 fans. Saved us a lot of money. Would definitely stay again."

"I am allergic to perfumes and fragrances. The hotel had taken that into account during the cleaning of the rooms. Thank you. The cleaning of the hotel was lacking. There were shoes and slippers under the beds. We lived on the top floor, and just above the rooms an AC, which made a lot of noise. The breakfast was good and the staff at breakfast were very friendly. We would stay there again."

"Very clean, great breakfast. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable."

"Hotel is outdated, everything in the room is very old , the sofa bed was broken and we reported at the reception they did not do nothing about it. Other then that it looks nice ,location is not bad ."

"It was OK, they ask if you have a vehicle and then tell you they charge you $4 for parking, but then don't give you a tag or take note of your plate (how do they know if you do/don't have a car) leaving you feeling you got cheated. The tap water is basically so bad tasting its undrinkable and want to charge $4 for a small 12oz bottle of water. Breakfast doesn't start until 7 on weekends. So just overall OK, but would choose somewhere else next time I'm in Austin."

"It was a great experience to stay here for a few days. Bryan and Sherry were both fantastic and they served an amazing breakfast I will definitely recommend the place "

"It feels a little run down, the bedding was paper thin, little light in the room. The entrance from the highway is almost invisible, I missed it and had to go around. After 10am there is no restaurant service, no coffee, nothing. Parking is good though. And friendly front desk staff."

"Just terrible"

"We enjoyed our stay although the location wasn’t the best for where we wanted to go. The rooms were clean and there was no noise from other visitors. The breakfast wasn’t as good as some I’ve had… very basic. I would say that the staff were consistently friendly and helpful."

"The breakfast was outstanding!"
