Hoteller nær Bright Leaf Preserve

"Staying at this Best Western Plus was a great choice for our trip to Austin! Traveling with a pet can sometimes be expensive and a little challenging, but they made the experience easy and stress-free. The affordable $20 pet fee and pet-friendly accommodations were a big plus. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, even on a very busy Halloween night. We really appreciated the warm welcome and great service throughout our stay. I'd definitely stay here again the next time I'm in...

"The staff was lovely. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is run down. peeling wallpaper, mildew in the bathroom, bathroom hook missing so no where to hang a towel. The bathroom light fixture was even partially pulled off the wall. My room only had a lamp on one of the bedside tables, and it flickered. When I arrived it looked like the room had been cleaned, but there were still hair balls on the floor."

"Great hotel with beautiful rooms and a lovely pool."

"Conveniently located in the Austin area to a lot of entertainment attraction in downtown"

"I am allergic to perfumes and fragrances. The hotel had taken that into account during the cleaning of the rooms. Thank you. The cleaning of the hotel was lacking. There were shoes and slippers under the beds. We lived on the top floor, and just above the rooms an AC, which made a lot of noise. The breakfast was good and the staff at breakfast were very friendly. We would stay there again."

"Friendly staff."

"It was a great experience to stay here for a few days. Bryan and Sherry were both fantastic and they served an amazing breakfast I will definitely recommend the place "

"Very clean, great breakfast. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable."

"I stayed for a concert at Moody Theater and the hotel was only a five-minute walk. The rooms was clean and the beds were comfortable"

"Clean room and convenient location. Polite staff."

"It was OK, they ask if you have a vehicle and then tell you they charge you $4 for parking, but then don't give you a tag or take note of your plate (how do they know if you do/don't have a car) leaving you feeling you got cheated. The tap water is basically so bad tasting its undrinkable and want to charge $4 for a small 12oz bottle of water. Breakfast doesn't start until 7 on weekends. So just overall OK, but would choose somewhere else next time I'm in Austin."
