We stayed here for 2 nights before taking a cruise. It was in the perfect location to enjoy the heart of Miami. It is only a block from the bay, steps away from convenience stores and the scrumptious Carrot Express restaurant.The view was beautiful, pool relaxing and the apartment was comfortable (beds slept well). The apartment was clean (think of hotel status) and accurate based on photos on VRBO. Staff there were friendly and helpful. Don’t panic like I did at arrival. The host will send all information right at check in time (4:00). The only suggestions I would have are bring your own pillows, wash clothes and towels. This was only minutes from the port. If I return to the area, I would definitely stay here again!

The condo needs updated. The floors need cleaned. Not enough cooking dishes. No baking sheets and no baking mitts. Dishwasher leaked when used it. If had more than 2 people would not have had enough towels. Otherwise was okay. It was close to everything downtown which is where my grandson wanted to be. I would have liked to seen a few more things available in the kitchen for cooking.

I would have given this listing more stars but, the manager decided to tell me simply lies on bringing us some hand wash towels. I contacted the manager around 8pm and was told that they was on the way as but, as time went on we never heard back. I was sent a picture text about 1ish that morning showing a bag outside the door. Now, this condo is inside a secure building so, when I went to the door to get the bag there was no bag. I was upset because, I didn't ask for a simply lie. The location is very close to the cruise port, not far from some good places to eat, and the game room was a good for the kids.

It was a disaster from the beginning. The check in process took over 2.5 hrs. The host would communicate with me, then stop. The staff at the front desk had trouble getting a hold of him as well. Once we got into the property, the iron dos not work. The washing machine filled with water but never washed clothes. The dryer did not get remotely hot enough to dry a wet paper towel. The shower curtains were covered in mildew. There were 6 people staying and we only had 3 towels, NO WASH CLOTHS. I CONTACTED THE HOST, he ordered new linens from Instacart. We did not get them until 10pm. There were no glasses or mugs to drink out of, those were ordered from instartcart as well. I don’t know if this is a new host, but I can guarantee you that we will NEVER, rent this place again. In fact, a partial or full refund should be in order for the disaster of a stay that it was.

Condo was nice however, there wasn’t enough towels for everyone and never received checkin or checkout instructions also, I contacted Claudio to get extra towels and he never responded. My family and I had to purchase extra towels otherwise the condo was nice.

Great location east to get everywhere. Floors were not clean at all everyones feet were black if you walked barefoot. And also washing machine didnt work. Dryer didnt workas well, tv in one of the roo. Wasnt working. Great communication with host . But tough visit without everything working correct

The unit is ok but a little bit old. Location is good. Appliances don’t work. The valve in the small room was broken and we were unable to turn on the water. The drainage of the master bathroom was clogged. Washing machine was leaked. Washer and dryer didn’t work either.The owner is responsive and replied very quickly when we requested for maintenance.In general the owner should check to make sure all appliances work before guest’s arrival.If all those problems didn’t happen we would have given 4 stars.

Property as described. Could be cleaner and needs and update but good for price. Bedroom with 2 beds is very cramped and difficult to find outlets for charging devices but nice size closet for keeping things tidy and separate bathroom. Kitchen nicely equipped and games in room big bonus for the kids! Communication is significantly lacking; good communication with initial questions prior to arrival but significant delay on day of arrival making me wonder if we actually had a place to stay which was very stressful for 4 adults and 4 kids. No departure instructions or overall property instructions in property.

Was a great spot to stay to hold over for our cruise. The views at night with the city lights and then the water on the other side was so nice! Check-in/Check-out is a little tricky but not a deal breaker for the views and convenience of location. A short walk gets you to a bunch of bars, restaurants and entertainment. The only negative was we only had four towels but more than four guests. Other then that it was excellent!

We did not stay here because we got no check in instructions. Condo couldnt reach him. We couldnt reach him. Vrbo couldnt reach him. Whole family was stuck therw for 2 hours trying to find a hotel for the night. Horri andeverything was sold out.

I attempted to communicate for three days prior to the trip requesting check-in information and received no messages, texts, or phone calls back. I tried all three ways. The phone went straight to voicemail and the mailbox was not set up. When I arrived at the condo they had no record of our reservation at all. They attempted to contact the host and the number they had was no longer in service. They used the number I had three times and got the same results I did. We had 6 adults and 1 child with all of our luggage and no place to go. I ended up finding two hotel rooms. VRBO help refund our money. Later I received a cancellation from the owner stating minimum age” to which I replied “I am 47 and that is a lie” he eventually replied to that with “my apologies” and then gave me 1 star review.

This property was clean and in a great location and the game room was fun. There were just a few minor issues which wouldn't keep me booking again or recommending. There were no coffee cups and the iron didn't work but no deal breaker.

We were a group of 7 friends staying overnight prior to a cruise the next day. The unit is very nice, as described. It would be nice to have more towels, (there were exactly 7). There was also no kitchen, or paper towels and only one coffee cup. The staff were very friendly and helpful at check in. The issues noted would not keep me from staying again, I would just know ahead of time to ask for these things ahead of time. Communication was great and the coffee maker type we requested was there when we arrived. All in all, it was a great stay and I would recommend it to any large group looking for a place.
