Property’s pool its not open. Room smelled weird. Shampoo and shower gel smell old. The TVs are very old. Bed was nice, couch was nice.

El recepcionista que me atendió personalmente en el hotel ese día cuando fui a rentar una habitación me atendió mal y me dijo que no tenían disponibilidad, y en el momento me metí en expidia y encontré disponibilidad en el momento por la aplicación y le dije al chico porque me había negado la habitación y él se quedó callado no me quería rentar la habitación, la descripción de la persona que trabaja hay que me dio una mala atención es un chico joven blanco flaco de cabello un poquito largo esa persona que tienen trabajando en ese hotel da un mal servicio y al parecer no tenía buena actitud ese día, si necesitan que vaya al hotel y les diga personalmente quién es puedo hacerlo porque vivo muy seria y siempre recomiendo gente para que se queden en ese hotel!!!

I think that all room should be checked routinely for simple maintenance. My room did not have any hot water, nor did the tub drain properly

This property does not offer daily service, but only towel service. I don't plan to return.

Thank you for your review. This is correct, we provide a Light Touch every 4 days and a full clean every 7. If a guest requests a light touch service out of those days we are more than happy to provide.

I hated it! Noisy. (By the elevator, Soundproofing?) the back door didn’t close so the property was essentially open. A booking mistake (mine) resulted in my having to change rooms, I left some clothing in the first room, but a few hours later they vanished. The room was cleaned, but no sight of a bright blue dress and shoes. The lack of any concern is very concerning! Front desk staff was inconsistent. Very helpful manager to another’s laisez-faire “don’t give a darn.” I won’t ever recommend to anyone, and will never stay at another Sonesta property.

The swimming pool at this property has not been in use for quite some time because the management will not get the state or city certification to open the pool. I booked for a pool and did not get one. I also had to ask at the front desk every morning for coffee supplies in the room. The bed was lumpy and very old.

super recommended! the hotel was impecable, the staff extremely nice and helping! the room was very big, confortable and a nice bathtub for a bath after a long day! i even sent a lot of packages before my stay and they helped me keeping them without an extra fee, that was very helpful since i only went for a day and had many things bought and delivered. will definetely stay again!

Pay for a get away to miami with my daughters to enjoy the pool n relax in this property but when we ask to open the gate to the pool they said POOL IS NOT OPEN AT ALL! n it won’t be open for a while so i will gladly appreciate expedia to not suggest this place for pool

I just stayed one night, but the rom was nice, plenty of space, like a small living room and a bedroom, bigger than my house :-) All clean and neat. I will stay again.
