Getting Around:

🚗 This Miami property includes private, covered parking for up to 4 vehicles, making it convenient for guests traveling by car. The home is located on a quiet street.



🚕 Ridesharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available in Miami. This option provides easy access to nearby areas like Coral Gables and Little Havana, along with destinations like Brickell, Wynwood, and the Design District, which are about a 10 to 15 minute drive.



✈️ Miami International Airport (MIA) is a short drive away, offering accessibility for guests flying into the area.



Other Things to Note:

▶ To avoid insects and mold, please keep all windows and doors closed. Leaving them open while the AC is on could result in a fee up to $500. For your comfort, we recommend setting the AC between 72-83°F.



▶ This home is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your checkout).



▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted.



▶ Pets are not allowed.



▶ No parties. Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 9:00 am. Significant noise or playing loud music after 10:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.



▶ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home and on all decks, patios, porches, and driveways. Smoking is permitted only in the yard, away from the house and outdoor amenities. Cigarette butts must be fully extinguished and disposed of properly. Any evidence of smoking in a prohibited area may result in a $250 penalty and immediate termination of the reservation without a refund for unused nights.



▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.



▶ During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly.



▶ Please note that moving the furniture in the home is not permitted. Violation of this rule can result in a penalty in the amount of $250.



▶ TRASH: Regular garbage (green bin) pick up is on Tuesdays and Fridays. Recycle (blue bin) is 1st and 3rd Tuesday. Bulky waste pick up is on Wednesday. Applicable trash cans need to be out for the specific day. If your reservation has fallen on these days, please kindly place the trash containers on the evening before outside by the road, and place them back after the trash is picked up, but no later than the evening of pickup.



▶ Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Please use the bins instead. If it is found that something has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages.



▶ Our properties are professionally cleaned and treated regularly for pests. Due to the local climate, occasional insects may enter the home despite our best efforts. Please let us know if you experience any issues, and we'll address them immediately.
