Vi var 3 voksne afsted men der var kun to solsenge, 2 drinks m.v. i resort fee, så der skulle tilkøbes én hver gang. Det er "små sko". Vi var også på Key West på 3-stjernet hotel og der var parkering, kaffe, solsenge, vand osv. til fri afbenyttelse. Marriott har dog super beliggenhed og fantastisk udsigt til begge sider. Søde og hjælpsomme valet-parkeringsfolk m.fl.

This is by far the best hotel that we have stayed at on south beach. There is a family friendly atmosphere but with nightlight for date night right near by. The staff is extremely accommodating. We weren’t able to get a beach view but that was irreverent because seeing Collin’s ave and the skyline at sunset was equally as beautiful. It was wonderful and I would recommend to the couple that wants a relaxing stay and the family that wants an elevated experience. Last thing to highlight was the proximity to South Pointe where the water as so clear it felt like the Bahamas!

Kids enjoyed the pools and the proximity to the beach. We were able to check-in early, which is always appreciated, even though we did receive what was possibly the very worst room in the hotel: on the floor immediately above the lobby overlooking the valet operation.

My 1st time in Miami and South beach was a great option. The hotel has an entrance to the beach, you don’t have to walk a lot, highly recommended. The room was great, at the property I chose beach view and it was worth it. For my mom & I (first timers) it was great because of its proximity to restaurants, coffee shops, beach, free stuff such as daily premium ice-cream, etc. The only thing that scared me was that at our 2nd day I got a 300 usd charge, later on hotel staff told me is the guarantee and they don’t charge it the 1st day (be aware) and for us, paying extra money for beach’s umbrellas is not common, but we paid 20 usd daily.

Beware of extra charges, front desk said they needed a card on file and said it wouldn’t be charged it was just for in case there are any charges billed to the room, 1 hour late I got billed 200 dollars from hotel when the front smdesk clerk specifically told me there would be no charge on the card. Then when I called they told me I was misinformed. Then when checking out they billed me another 200 dollars. I had to lock my card because valet kept trying to charge my card after I dropped it off after giving cash tips. Just beware of charges they do no tell you when they are doing that or are very unclear on why you are being charged couldn’t get a direct answer from anyone I will not stay at this hotel again. The room had a very foul Oder as well. The tv would freeze so I would have to manually turn the tv off and on again to reset it. Just not a good experience at all. Also when the valet driver was bringing my car out of the garage he was reving my engine multiple times and when I asked why he was doing that he said because he heard my turbo and had to test it. Very unprofessional. Don’t play with peoples cars like that. Just overall horrible experience

I was sexually assaulted during a massage at the Stanton Marriott Spa, by the massage therapist. They sent the housekeeping manager on duty to talk to me after it happened. the spa manager called me as well. The spa manager let me know that she had to speak to the massage therapist “ To get his side of the story” I fully understand now why victims of sexual assault often do not report it. I still have not heard anything anything from upper hotel management. It seems that the safety and well-being of their guests is really not that important to them. Please, please warn all the women that you care about to never get a massage at this spa. The hotel itself is OK, nothing special. The beach in front of the hotel is nice. I do not recommend and would never stay here again.

This hotel is located in the best part of South Beach, close to the Pointe park and the Art Deco district. It’s a short walk to all the restaurants, shops and entertainment, but far enough that it is quiet and peaceful around. We enjoyed the little pleasant surprises, such as daily complementary gelato, free bike rides, fitness classes, and a walking architecture tour. I didn’t expect or appreciate the $25 a day umbrella charge on top of the resort fee.

The pictures made the property look so nice so we had high expectations. When we arrived the room was extremely small and not nearly as nice as the pictures.

Terrible Experience!! Showed up after having made reservations months in advance. Celebrating our 10th year wedding anniversary wanted everything to be perfect for my wife. I had reserved a suite with a King bed, ocean view and a balcony. The lady in the lobby told me that they had overbooked and had no rooms available. Very rude and dismissive. I asked to talk to her manager and we stood in the lobby with all of our luggage waiting for the manager. He finally came out and they told us that they would give us a room but the following morning we would have to move. They gave us a common two bed room that was nowhere near a suite. This ruined our anniversary night. The following day we had to wait until 2:00pm for our room to be ready. The manager said that all he could do is give me Bon Voy points (which they never applied). Just horrible overall experience. Terrible customer service and poor organizational skills. Definitely not a High End Hotel !!

Paid for a room with a balcony and ocean view but what i got was a room above the Hotel AC situated system above the restaurant.very noisy so couldn’t use the balcony and also had sleeping problem due to the very loud noise 24/7 Room wasn’t cleaned properly.Staff just pulled the top sheet leaving the ones below as was slept in overnight
