⚠️ CONSTRUCTION IMPACT: Please note that due to ongoing building exterior maintenance, there is a black construction cover over the exterior windows. The balcony is strictly closed and cannot be accessed.

Parking is NOT included. There is only valet available for guests in the condo and street parking nearby is really tough to find.

Sanitization: The apartment is professionally cleaned and sanitized prior to every reservation to ensure a safe and pristine environment for your stay.

Tropical Climate: This property receives professional pest control treatments monthly. However, due to Miami’s hot, humid, and tropical weather, it is still possible to occasionally encounter native insects despite our strict maintenance.
