"We had a wonderful stay and we loved the location! The purpose of our family vacation was to get away from the city and relax a bit after all the holiday craziness. So we loved that it was a quiet neighborhood and we especially loved that there was a hiking trail and small creek pretty much in the backyard. The house itself was spacious and cozy, and the host was great and answered any questions right away. If we come back to the area, I would definitely consider staying here again. "

"We had a great stay at this lovely home in Groveland. The house was spotless and had all we needed for a comfortable visit. Nicholas promptly responded to all our communication. We had plenty of space for a group of 5 traveling together (it could sleep more if traveling as couples). Of note, you'll hear footsteps of the people walking on the floors above you, which is fairly standard of houses of this construction. "Property was very spacious. We enjoyed this stay very much.The beds were very comfortable. Perfect for a couple days that you 78, and then we spent 1 day at the lake and that was very nice."

"My family stayed here for a short weekend. Upon arrival it looked like it had been cleaned however there was hair in both showers, an odd smell in the living room and the rug in the living room looked like it had never been vacuumed. While the cleanliness was off putting, the comfort was worse. The couch was also not clean and the beds were broken, lopsided and extremely uncomfortable. This place needs a one time deep clean, new caulk where there is mold, and new beds/couch and it would be fine....

"We had a wonderful stay! The place was very private, clean, and the beds were super comfortable. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after long days of exploring. The location was perfect, close enough to Yosemite to make getting there easy, but still quiet and peaceful. There’s also a great pizza place nearby, which was a nice bonus. Overall, a fantastic stay and we would absolutely come back!"
