"Bath tub near adjoining rooms felt a bit slippery, we did not have a problem, it just felt not a sure footed as we like, great patios, appliances, coffee makers etc all good. "

"My family stayed here for a short weekend. Upon arrival it looked like it had been cleaned however there was hair in both showers, an odd smell in the living room and the rug in the living room looked like it had never been vacuumed. While the cleanliness was off putting, the comfort was worse. The couch was also not clean and the beds were broken, lopsided and extremely uncomfortable. This place needs a one time deep clean, new caulk where there is mold, and new beds/couch and it would be fine....

"We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean. The host was great and answered any questions we had right away. The kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of spices for cooking which was nice. We enjoyed the grill and the outside areas of the property. For us, It was an excellent place to stay."

"We had a great stay at this lovely home in Groveland. The house was spotless and had all we needed for a comfortable visit. Nicholas promptly responded to all our communication. We had plenty of space for a group of 5 traveling together (it could sleep more if traveling as couples). Of note, you'll hear footsteps of the people walking on the floors above you, which is fairly standard of houses of this construction.
