"The hotel is in an excellent location right in the heart of the central historical district. It is within walking distance to the Plaza Grande, the Presidential Palace, the Plaza San Francisco and the National Cathedral, etc. The property is well-maintained and clean, and the staff is very professional and friendly. Daily room service is provided if needed. Delicious breakfast is served in the morning between 8 and 10 am, and takeout breakfast is also provided for customers who have day tours...

"Perfect location in old city centre"

"What a wonderful property owned by lovely sisters. They go out of their way to make sure that you have everything you need, are comfortable and answer all questions. They are absolutely lovely, and their hotel is beautiful. The breakfast that they make you personally to your liking is amazing. I love that the hotel is conveniently located to everything! We walked everywhere from our hotel. Cannot save enough great things about the hotel and the owners!!"

"This is a very comfortable little hotel. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The rates are also good."

"The check-in and out time at the hotel was not consistent with what Hotels.com wrote. So in the end I had the room for 2hours less than I thought. The cleaning was good, but the perfume used was so strong that I had to air out the entire room. Otherwise really good service! Helpful staff, the breakfast was okay, and I felt safe during my stay. "El personal muy amable y las habitaciones muy limpias"

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Cozy outdoor area where you can sit"

"Spent one night here and glad I did. Not too far from the old town and not a crowded area. The staff were friendly this beats your typical hotel experience the decor was very unique."

"After multiple attempts of Expedia to contact the property on my behalf for several days, the hotel was unreachable and unresponsive to obtain approval for a waiver. My rating is based on this - CAREFUL WHOEVER BOOKS THIS HOTEL."

"Really lovely place! Clean and tidy and beautiful views. A really nice cafe available and a terrace where you can sit and enjoy the sun. Appears to be a very Spanish speaking hostel to make people aware but had no problems here"

"Ældre og nedslidte værelser - slidte møbler etc. Morgenmadsbuffet meget begrænset og "plain" Jeg havde betalt ekstra for at have Lounge adgang, hvilket var en enorm skuffelse, Lounge var ikke åben i åbningstiderne (ingen morgenmad) der var ingen personale når der var åbent og standarden var meget ringe, ligesom der ikke blev ryddet op på bordene etc., det "varme" mad var koldt og ulækker. "The hotel was great for what we needed for a night and the price was very affordable. Staff were very nice and happily switched us to an inside facing room to avoid the traffic noise below. It’s an older style hotel located just two blocks from the main area so super easy to walk to all of the activities."

"It was faily Noise when other people were leaving early, the door Bell early in the morning. So dont be a light snerper. But lovely room, great staff The soap and shampoo was too smelly for me. Could be more neutral. "
