"Terrible experience… We paid for the room in advance, we were given a code through a text to open the door as there was no staffing on site. Attempted to open the door using the code for several minutes. When this did not work, we called the help desk. The help desk gave us 3 different codes to try. None of the codes worked. She then had to call a staff person off site to come try to help us. He had no way to get into the building so he had to break through the window of our room to let us...

"It's a nice place, we stayed there many years ago and its pretty much the same. We didn't eat in the restaurant, but the prices seemed a little high which is not uncommon for resort restaurants. The room was very nice and clean and there is no TV (which I am actually OK with). We would stay there again."
