Resorter i Mersea Island

"Very comfortable bed"

"Great location, easy check-in. Caravan was everything but luxurious. It was very dirty. We find old sweet papers under the bed. I would not return it is not worse the value. Despite of this we had a great stay in the island. "

"Beautiful location. Pity we were only there fir one night"

"We had a lovely short break in this charming cottage. The location is one of the best on the island, down a very quiet track with views out to the estuary and a short walk down to the harbour. Cottage was well equipped and has been renovated to a high spec. Steps upstairs are steep, reflecting how old the property is, so won’t suit anyone with mobility issues, but fine for us - just added to the character of the property. Would love to return!"

"Clean room, friendly employees"

"We loved this traditional old style hotel and the staff. However dinner was a little bit of a let down I had scallops which were cooked well a served beautifully my wife had a seafood cocktail straight out of the 70,s unfortunately! Followed by a line caught tuna salad , line caught in a tin ! I had venison steak which was cooked very well but served with shop bought skin on fries . The price we paid I would have expected better very disappointed Breakfast was lovely"

"Et hyggeligt sted centralt for alt i Colchester. God plads på værelset og meget venlige, hjælpsomme ansatte. Kan stærkt anbefales. "

"Pretty good for the price. Was a bit hard to find, as the adress put into google maps didn't get us to the right place. But we found it after a while."

"Hyggelig rent og venlig personale"

"Everwas fine. Toilet was little small but ok. Staff helpful. Clean room."

"I had a lovely stay! The cleaning was okay, but it could have been a bit better. The staff was really nice and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was amazing!!! The one down side, there was a very bad draft the first night, they took a look at it, and the second night, there were still a draft, but not as bad. And that was the only thing, otherwise it was fantastic!"
