Stay was a good accommodation for what we needed… Wish there where more supplies like coffee/Keurig etc but other than that all was good

Nice little getaway

We needed to get out of town for a couple days and this turned out to be a great place. Close to beach and coastal activities.

Birthday getaway

Wonderfully peaceful and relaxing. Great location to the beach and the bioluminous kayaking tours. Would stay again.

Charming home. Beautiful old trees, mature landscaping. Pet friendly. Easy access to beach. I visited the area to do some bird watching. Reasonable drive to Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge. The mature landscaping was a draw to a number of birds, including a pair of thrashers! Hoping I have the opportunity to return in the future.

Family gathering ♥️

Our staying was short, but we enjoy the cottage.Very clean, great location, best of all very private. Great comunicación with Mrs. penny ( owner )we hardly recommend this beautiful place .

Very nice!

We totally enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, updated and well stocked. The location is on the river and is beautiful. Easy and quick drive to Cocoa Beach. Definitely recommend!

Fishing Trip

Property was just what we were looking for. Easy to find and close to the ocean. A quick drive will get you many of the places the area has to offer. I would stay again should we book another fishing trip.

Fabulous

The week we stay, there was very restful, peaceful, and very enjoyable. The host was easy to talk to and checked in to see if we needed anything. The house is immaculately clean, and the yard is perfect. We highly recommend anyone who wants to relax and enjoy the Florida weather to stay here.

Very charming cottage

The place was very cute & well priced. There were a couple issues with cleanliness but the owners were extremely responsive & accommodating! I would stay here again regardless because the issues were not that terrible & were acknowledged.

Excellent

This cottage was very secluded, had plenty of room inside and outside for our boys, 14,12 and 8. The dock was really nice for them as well. Was very close to shopping, fast food and restaurants. The host was amazing to work with.

Peaceful, relaxing stay

This is our 2nd stay at this property. The first time was to visit Kennedy Space Center and this time for a church conference on Merritt Island. We loved that this was away from the traffic and busy tourist area. We also enjoyed walking out on the dock and seeing the water. They accommodated an early check in. We were quite comfortable there.

Our 1st VRBO and won’t be the last

When we saw the listing we knew we would love it and we were not disappointed. The exterior was so inviting and relaxing. The interior had everything we could want. The beds were quite comfortable, as well as the couch. I wish I could have the time to have spent more than a weekend here. My husband and I both said that we could easily live here. We will definitely return when we are in the area.

Outstanding property and host

Our stay was easy and comfortable. On the day of our arrival I received message from the host on how to enter the home. We arrived after dark and the home was easy to find using Google Maps and the street address was visible on the home. The entry was well lit. The home was exactly as described. The home and location was quiet and comfortable. Had everything we needed for our stay. A nice older home. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect getaway retreat

Property is exactly as described but more. Well maintained home that is private from the main home. Being able to use their dock was a plus. We were able to fish but didn’t catch. Home was close to everything we visited and neighborhood was co quiet and relaxing.

Merrit island

Neighbor kept complaining at all hours of the day and night about parking on "his road". Toilet backed up during the stay. Other than that beautiful location.

Dock not actually on property

Besides ants in the kitchen, the house looked fine. However, the listing makes it sound like the dock is on the property on which you will be staying. It is not. In order to access the dock, you have to go next door to the owner's house and into their backyard to access the "private dock" which is by no means private since they can sit and watch you from their living room. When we contacted the owner and told her we felt the listing was not accurate, she said "I was very clear in the listing about the location of the dock, if you don't want to stay you can just check out." We did not end up staying, contacted customer support and got a refund. Had the listing clearly stated that the dock was not on the property this would not have been an issue.
