Private ferieboliger i Merrimack Valley

"We were very appreciative of being able to check in a little early. However, the check-in instructions and information could have been much clearer. We rented the full 3-bedroom house, but each bedroom had a digital lock requiring a code. We were not given all of the codes initially and had to ask for them, then follow up again for the third room. I found this concerning from a safety/fire-safety standpoint, as the codes must be entered every time and one door was especially difficult and...

"A very handy and comfortable house. Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It had everything we needed in a nice neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again."

"Very clean interior."

"I booked a last minute stay for some time at the ocean. The booking/check in process was so easy with very detailed instructions sent the day of my arrival. The place was exactly as pictured, a well-appointed, clean cottage, with everything I needed. The host also left a welcome gift that was thoughtful and useful. I walked the few blocks to the ocean everyday, multiple times a day to walk for hours on the beaches. I got food from a nice little Italian restaurant (Capri) just a block away. The...

"Clean and well cared for; high end finishes; small but adorable with beautiful views from upstairs bedroom. Good communication with owners. "

"Gil and Henry were phenomenal hosts! They did an AMAZING job with this property. They communicated earlier than any host I’ve seen, and they were quick to respond. They were incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. The property location is perfect, we got anywhere we wanted in 5 minutes or less. Bonus points, we got to meet the coolest Frenchy puppy ever! We come up here yearly and will probably look to only rent from Gil and Henry moving forward."

"Wish you could control the weather!"

"Great cottage/cabin type of house that served as an excellent home base for our visit to southern NH. It is 3 min from I-93 and Tuscan Village, which has a grocery store. Our family of 4 enjoyed the space. Each boys had their own rooms. The place has AC - which was huge during the 90 degree temps. The laundry room and washer/dryer were also very convenient. Having a kitchen is great. There is no dish washer - but it was ok. I was nervous about the one bathroom - but it worked out.The house is a...

"Perfect for our needs. Back yard was great. "

"Host was quick to respond and helped us get in early so we could get ready for the wedding we were going to. House was clean and had everything we needed."

"It was peaceful and quiet, nice water view from the picture window , whole place was nice sized, Nice sized kitchen downstairs and office room, The main bathroom upstairs was nice and balcony was very nice, However the strong smell of animal urin all upstairs in the living room/bedroom was overwhelming, We brought our own lysol wipes to wipe everything down and used our Febreeze air spray to try to clean the smell upstairs , the little sofa looked stained and smelled, We sprayed it with...

"Cute little cottage. Incredible location near one of the most beautiful towns and long pristine beaches and natural habitat preserves I've encountered. We used to go to Plum Island when I was a kid and when my kids were young. Even more interesting than I remembered. The house has a nice, well-furnished kitchen, and it's a lovely, small, cozy space. The only issues we had were furniture, inside seating, and a very loud washer and dryer. It's a tiny place that maximizes space so well it kind of...
