"This VRBO is in an ideal location for exploring New England in the Fall. It is within easy travel of The White Mountains, Kennebunk Port, Ogunquit, Portsmouth, Newburyport, Salem & Boston. It was exceptionally clean, spacious accommodation, with comfortable beds. The lounge has a large smart TV for evenings in. The host family were very friendly and extremely helpful. We would not hesitate to reccommend the VRBO to anyone coming to this area."

"It was small but perfect!! we were there only to sleep and shower. Loved having coffee pot and other kitchen stuff. We were so comfortable!!! I would choose the bnb over a hotel anyday!! loved having access to the washer and dryer as well. The people were so nice and welcoming, just a wonderful overall experience. "We were really only there to sleep. It was off season so we parked right out front every time coming and going. Super short walk to the beach. Wish it was summer! Condo had everything needed and very clean. Perfect for four adults. Would love to come back in summer!"

"Everything was very neat and check-in was easy because the instructions from the owner were so clear. There was a tad bit of noise from either a neighbor or the owner (space is attached to a home and share a wall) one evening and a bit of an odd smell the whole time. Not bad but not pleasant either. Like long after you’ve cooked something and a scent remains but no longer smells like food or maybe like the smell of a puppy that’s just come in from outside. Nothing that should keep anyone away...

Jiza was an absolute charm/sweetheart. She took care of every question we had. Was so so excellent in responding to our text. This place is as it is exactly described. Our place to recommend, for an activity, go to Plum Island and Bob’s Lobster in Newburyport, MA. Don’t let Bob’s place fool you, the most delicious fresh fried haddock...

"Cottage was clean and location is nice. The only thing was the deck was not usable. No place to hang wet towels or bathing suits. Could use a few more hooks inside to hang things but over-all the cottage is cute, and I enjoyed my stay very much. Would rent again."

"The upstairs apartment was easily accessed and well lighted for night time arrival. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom very clean with hot water and plenty of soft towels. The hot chocolate and candies were enjoyed by my grandchildren who got to sleep at “grandma’s house” for a night or two."

"While this isn't the worst place to stay, I would say that the cleanliness is not even just "not meticulous" as one of the other reviews mentioned. I would say that when I think of not meticulous, I would think perhaps the baseboards aren't dusted. But the mirror in the bath wasn't clean. Handles, sink spout, kitchen spout, counters - all had visible uncleanness (specifically in the bathroom it appeared to be toothpaste splooge marks on the sink, faucet, and mirror. We didn't get communication...

"Very tasteful modernization of an old farmhouse - if you enjoy old houses, this house is just fun. Very quiet, peaceful location, but convenient to downtown Concord. Great communication with Lynn - thanks!"

"Loved this place. Great location and it was a very quiet space (though I did go and off-season at the beginning of May). Stove and microwave took some getting used to, and I didn’t use the oven, but the kitchen was great. It’s a small space, and the loft is open to the living area so it’s best for a couple that goes to bed at the same time or someone traveling solo. Wish they had a fire pit, but the space was great."

One of our family members is in a wheelchair, and was able to get around the house with ease. The house was fully equipped with towels, blankets, bedding, dishes, and more. Overall, an exceptional experience."
