The house is small, basically a single-wide manufactured home; but it has all the necessaries except a laundry and dishwasher which we didn’t need. It’s very clean, and the owner was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The bedroom doesn’t have its own HVAC, so we slept on the pull-out sofa in the main room. "We loved the house and definitely will be requesting again when we go back out to Merced. Everything was close by. The beds were comfortable, loved that we had a washer and dryer to use, and we cooked breakfast everyday. Due to the circumstances of being in Merced, it allowed the whole family to be able to gather and be together. Great place!"

"We were disappointed with the lack of amenities at the property. We only had bath towels, no hand towels or washcloths. The kitchen was nice with nice appliances but the coffee machine’s water container was dirty with hard water build up. All of the locations that we have stayed in have provided coffee pods and condiments. There was.absolutely nothing at this place. There was water bottles and cans of soda in the refrigerator , which was nice. The room we stayed in had a blood stain on the wall...

"The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were very attentive. We had a minor issue that was addressed immediately when we reported it. The cottage is walking distance to restaurants and the bus/train stations if you’re connecting by public transportation. This is a great home base for anyone visiting Yosemite. Overall a great stay. "
