What can I say? This hotel was absolutely amazing, from the top-notch hotel service at the front desk to the property cleanliness; it outshined every hotel I’ve ever been to in my life. The town of Menaggio is very walkable and can be seen in half a day, so if you want to fill up your itinerary, you can take a ferry to Bellagio, or Varenna. We opted for breakfast, and oh my goodness, it was amazing. I absolutely loved their orange juice, as well as the variety of food they offered, from the charcuterie to the main dishes to the snacks. Absolutely amazing. The hotel itself is a pretty big property for being in Maggio. Its cleanliness, gym, indoor spa with an indoor pool, sauna, and resting areas were absolutely amazing and should definitely be utilized. I want to thank Lorena, who was so helpful throughout our stay, from beginning to end. She was absolutely amazing, and the women at the front desk who assisted us absolutely deserve a raise because they work so hard and helped us with absolutely everything. I proposed to my girlfriend right in front of the hotel, and the hotel staff accommodated all my requests in helping me propose to my girlfriend of nine years, and it was just so perfect. They were helpful, kind to all of us, and we would definitely go back in a heartbeat. This is well worth your money because who knows if you’ll ever be back again so make those unforgettable memories with Grand Hotel Victoria!

We had an amazing experience from beginning to end. The staff were extremely friendly and couldn’t do enough for us, from Miguel in the restaurant to Roberto who took us on an excursion on the Lake. Everyone was welcoming. Will definitely be returning there with our boys. Thank you for looking after us.

Absolutely stunning property/setting with very attentive staff. The spa is gorgeous and well worth checking out as it’s free to all guests. Onsite restaurant and bar were fantastic as well. Everything is pricey here as compared to other places in town, but that’s to be expected.

Lovely hotel . The staff were so helpful. Very modern if your not techy you may have a problem with the room as it’s all touch screen. I personally thought it was great.

This is a magical hotel in a magical spot. The hotel staff are so lovely and available to help with anything. Service is impeccable. The views and the location are unmatched. All in all, I can't say enough about this wonderful place. We would return in a heartbeat!

An absolutely amazing hotel. The rooms are beautiful. The spa is a must one of the nicest we have been to. The service all over the hotel is amazing. The front desk in particular are eager to help you with anything. This is our first but by far not our last stay there.

Very nice and confortable hotel , it was updated not long ago , rooms are spacious and modern , staff extremely kind and always there for you. Breakfast was included and was very good. Location is perfect , lake front beautiful , definitely will come back.

The Hotel Grand Victoria has the most amazing spa, the use of facilities was included in the room rate. The breakfast buffet was the best we’ve experienced. The bed and linens were exquisite. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return annually if possible!

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. The Grand Hotel Victoria is the kind of place where you discover the meaning of hospitality. They took care of us from the moment we arrived and anticipated our particular needs. Our room was spacious and elegant and had a nice terrace overlooking the gorgeous pool. The spa was absolutely spectacular with multiple saunas, steam rooms and other treatments. We had a world-class dinner at the restaurant, and it was lovely to end it with a drink at the bar. The views are stunning from every part of the property and the atmosphere is incredibly relaxing. Valet parking is offered inside the hotel, which is very convenient. We can't wait to be back.
