"The room had some grim in the kitchen and wear and tear on the furniture. The pull out sofa was terrible thin mattress and springs that dug into my back. The staff was friendly however due to the pool being down and being told from day one it was going to be fixed tomorrow and than on day 5 being told well we dont know when it will be repaired by the manager I felt misled. If we had known the truth on day one we would of moved to another location. Although they did give us additional points the...

"Vi boede på hotellet med vores datter og barnebarn i to værelser, så det fungerede fint, meget roligt hotel med venligt personale. Vores problem var at vi kun havde lejet en bil, og til tider skulle i forskellige retninger, dette var ikke så spændende for de tilbageblevne, da offentlig transport jo ikke i området er overvældende, så man kunne godt føle sig som strandet på en øde ø. En anden gang vil vi nok søge et mere "bynært" område."

"I tried to do early check in but no rooms were available. I left and came back to check in around 2:30. The ice machine and men’s restroom were unavailable. Also my room door didn’t close all the way so I slid the table in front of it. Since no other rooms were available. Staff were really nice."
