"Well we were there because we had a basketball tournament. The location was perfect except NO washer it was broken! And one dryer ! Mind you several teams were staying there . I had 18 uniforms to wash stayed up until 1 am and we okayed at 8am the next morning . Then the dryer the filter thing was broken so my uniforms got caught and some tore ! So very upset !"

"Property was old, carpets stained, elevators would not line up properly with floors, Needs updating/remodeling. We stayed on third floor, traffic side of I-35. Pretty noisy. If I stayed there again, I would try for a room away from the I-35 traffic side."

"The room had some grim in the kitchen and wear and tear on the furniture. The pull out sofa was terrible thin mattress and springs that dug into my back. The staff was friendly however due to the pool being down and being told from day one it was going to be fixed tomorrow and than on day 5 being told well we dont know when it will be repaired by the manager I felt misled. "Vi boede på hotellet med vores datter og barnebarn i to værelser, så det fungerede fint, meget roligt hotel med venligt personale. Vores problem var at vi kun havde lejet en bil, og til tider skulle i forskellige retninger, dette var ikke så spændende for de tilbageblevne, da offentlig transport jo ikke i området er overvældende, så man kunne godt føle sig som strandet på en øde ø. En anden gang vil vi nok søge et mere "bynært" område."

"I stayed at this hotel and woke up in the middle of the night itching like crazy. I turned on the light and saw that there were red bumps on my arms and shoulders. I checked around the bed and found a bed bug. I couldn't sleep for the rest of the night because of itching and fear that more bugs would get on me. I put one of the bed bugs in a cup and showed it to the desk manager the next morning - she offered me a 10% discount, which I thought was ridiculous. Don't stay at this place."
