On the outskirts of the village San Foca, in a quiet residential area, this holiday home is only a few meters from the beach and consists of 2 holiday apartments. The accommodation LL17 extends over the 1st floor and has a living room with a sofa bed, a cosy fireplace and an adjoining, spacious and well-equipped kitchen. It also has 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds, one of which is extendable) as well as a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Outside there is a spacious, furnished terrace for relaxing hours under the warm sun. Start the day with a hot cup of coffee, enjoy delicious meals with your loved ones and end the evening with a glass of wine under the starry sky. A supermarket is 900 m or a 12 minutes' walk away and several restaurants, bars and cafés are just 450 m or 6 minutes from the property. The centre of the historic city of Otranto, famous for its white cityscape, can be reached after a 30-minute drive (21 km). Here you will find a wide range of shops and historical sights. The 2 sandy beaches of Lido L'Isola Briganti and Spiaggia San Foca are, respectively, 750 m away (or a 10 minutes’ walk) and 300 m away (or a 5 minutes’ walk). Bed linens and towels, unfortunately, cannot be provided.

The house is not equipped with tablecloths or tea towels. But you will find in the kitchen all the utensils you need to cook and eat.
