Staff are great and friendly, and very informative if you have any questions for the surrounding area (cafes, restaurants etc).
Only thing to be mindful of is that the entrance is up a flight of stairs. Not sure if there is another way in, but if you have a lot of luggage, or need accessible access, this might not be the hotel for you."

"Hotel is gorgeous, I came largely for the interiors and they did not disappoint! Loved every part of it. Only downside is restaurants were fully booked, couldn’t even get breakfast or a drink at the bar even though we were guests. "

The only comment I’d make, which is minor, is that the pillows are a little flat and the doona cover is very thin. However you can adjust your own heating and cooling in the room.
Another suggestion is to request a room away from the lift as you can very clearly hear people in the hallway coming and going.
Oh, and bring your own make...
