Stylish 3rd floor apartment with sensational city views, three adjacent parks, resort style amenities with 2 pools, a spa and gym. A sunny, contemporary queen bedroom, double sofa bed study/bedroom. Sleeps 4. Bathroom with bath. The spacious living and dining area opens on to the balcony with cityscape views, outdoor setting and BBQ. The well-appointed kitchen has all the needed appliances. Featuring built in wardrobes, laundry, air con, wi-fi, secure entry, intercom, off street parking. Enjoy.
With excellent space and natural light a plenty, this two bedroom apartment in a boutique block of only nine apartments is perfectly located opposite the picturesque Gasworks Art Park, next to the Lagoon Reserve Park and over the road from Edwards Park with its children's playground with pony rides on Sunday.

The apartment features a sunny queen bedroom with built in wardrobes and a second bedroom/study with double sofa bed. Bedding is provided in the study cupboard. The study has a dedicated adjustable desk that look out over the neighbouring Gasworks Arts Parks is perfect for working from home.

A stylish central bathroom with shower/bath is conveniently located between the two bedroom.

The open plan living/dining room has a sunny aspect that opens to an entertainers balcony with outdoor table setting, barbeque and cityscape views. The living room has a Smart TV and a collection of comfortable, stylish furniture.

The apartment has a fully appointed kitchen with all the needed appliances, stone benchtops and a well stocked pantry with all the basics.

Concealed off the hall is a separate Euro laundry with washing machine and dryer.

The apartment features air conditioning, fast wi-fi, secure entrance and intercom. A porta cot, baby blankets and high chair is available on request.

Set amongst a stunning landscaped gardens this apartment offers resort style accommodation with a choice of two large pools, a spa and a well equipped gymnasium. The pool and spa is heated during summer daylight saving period. Guests are advised to bring their own towels for the pools, spa, gymnasium and nearby beach.

Centrally located to the Port Melbourne to the beach, two parks and both Bay Street, Port Melbourne and Victoria Avenue, Albert Park shopping strips with their cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and shops.

Small, well behaved pets are welcome. Guests must advise the type of pets they want to bring for approval. If approved to stay, guests must keep their pets quiet and under control at all times. Pets must be kept off the furniture and beds at all times. Guests are responsible for their pets, their waste and any damage caused.

Across the road is the popular Gasworks Arts Park with café, theatre and gallery and the grassed area that is a must visit for all the local dogs. Nightly at 6pm the dogs come from near and far. Also for dogs, adjacent to the property with direct access is the popular Lagoon Reserve.
