The space
Enjoy Melbourne’s enviable, cool inner north lifestyle in this light-filled first-floor, two-bedroom apartment overlooking Lygon Street which is just a 10 minute drive to the city. Combining its brilliant location with hotel like access to a swimming pool and gym facilities, with two undercover car parking spaces in a secure lock-up basement garage, this apartment offers an outstanding combination of location, lifestyle and luxury.

The apartment sits within a recently-refreshed block of six and offers a safe first floor outlook through trees with secure intercom entry. The apartment is situated on the sun-drenched northwest corner with an aspect that provides natural light flooding in throughout the day.

The private balcony is nestled amongst established silver birch trees, sheltering the apartment from the street below and is kissed by the afternoon sun that filters through the leaves adding to the apartment’s pleasant light-filled ambiance and daily sunset outlook.

The two generous queen and twin single bedrooms boast spacious built-in wardrobes. The central bathroom features a shower over bath and a laundry with trough, washer and dryer. The modern kitchen has an electric oven, gas cooktop and stylish stone benches providing ample preparation space for the serious cook. A microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and all the needed appliances are provided. A basic pantry is stocked for cooking convenience.

The large living space with comfortable lounge and designer chair seating has a Smart TV, home theatre sound system with Bluetooth and Netflix. A workstation desk is provided. Striking original artworks feature throughout the apartment.

The spacious separate dining area that comfortably seats six is perfect for dining and entertaining with everything needed provided in the hip, mid-century modern wall unit. The large balcony with outdoor table setting is perfect for entertaining, al fresco dining or just relaxing.

Split-system heating/cooling air-conditioning for heating and cooling keeps the apartment comfortable year-round.

Sitting right on popular Lygon Street guests are mere metres from all the cafés and culture of the popular Brunswick East strip just minutes away. It is only a few tram stops to the restaurants and cinemas of Lygon Street’s renowned Carlton stretch with its many long famous Italian eateries.

The Route 1 tram (East Coburg to South Melbourne Beach) and Route 6 (Moreland to Glen Iris) trams stop right outside the front door.

Catch the Route 1 tram to Carlton’s popular Lygon Street, University of Melbourne, RMIT University, State Library, Melbourne City, Federation Square, the Yarra River, Victoria’s Arts Precinct, Melbourne Recital Centre, Malthouse Theatre, stylish Albert Park and the ever popular South Melbourne Beach.

The Route 6 tram also travels through the city but continues down Melbourne’s famous St.Kilda Road boulevard passing the Domain precinct with the famous tourist attractions of the Shrine of Remembrance, the Royal Botanical Gardens, Albert Park with its stunning lake and onto Chapel Street, Prahran and High Street, Malvern the home of Melbourne’s high fashion scene.

For visitors there is free parking on Lygon Street and the adjoining streets.
Make sure to obey any parking restrictions.

TRAM ACCESS
Carlton North is only minutes from the city by tram.
There are two nearby trams.
The tram stops is just 70 meters away on the corner of Lygon and Pigdon Streets.
