Boasting a brand new, top-of-the-line centralised AC and heating system, our 3-level Docklands District penthouse redefines luxury. As one of only 10 such exclusive units in Melbourne's dynamic core, it offers a unique blend of privacy and elegance. The property features four generously-sized bedrooms and stunning, uninterrupted views of the river and cityscape, providing an experience of supreme comfort and sophisticated style.



The Space:

Brand new centralised AC and heating installed in Nov 2023. Entire place covered with easy control panel, super easy to operate with video instruction.

The 4 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms townhouse has 3 levels with 2 car spaces, 2 balconies and a large ground floor back yard for unwinding.

Ground floor: Stepping in, the floor to ceiling windows to the yard will open the city skyline, with bedroom 1 on your left, and stairs to level 1 on your right.



Level 1:

Walk up the open risers with modern glass railing, bathed in natural light from open windows across 2 levels, what caught your first eye is the chef-inspired gourmet kitchen.

Miele stainless steel appliances, gas stove cooktop, integrated oven, dishwasher, french fridge, coffee maker and microwave oven etc.

(*Note: We only offer welcome starter pods. If you enjoy your machine and want to explore more flavors, we recommend visiting Nespresso Boutique shops or local grocery stores for additional purchases.)



Dining: Connecting the kitchen and balcony with outdoor seatings to enjoy the city skyline and sunset. Dining lounge has a generous black round table elegantly open to the light from outside.

Pass by the kitchen island and a artist powder room, you are coming to our real leather sofas with the exceptional Victoria harbour views through the floor to ceiling windows.

With a super generous black coffee table to enjoy the 55'Samsung Smart TV

A rare find: Don't forget to check the personal CD collections with TDK CD sound system, next to it you will have the modern fireplace.

The fireplace can heat up the whole unit, have a warm and cozy stay during the winter.

There are 3 bedrooms and 1 laundry.

Master En-suite with balcony overlooking beautiful Yarra River and New Quay West Marina, double basins with huge mirrored vanities, 1 bathtub, 1 free standing shower area and a free standing toilet.

Other 2 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 with amazing Melbourne Star Observation Wheel view , a beautiful study desk with shelves; Bedroom 2 featuring view and large wardrobe. These 2 bedrooms share a full bathroom.

Laundry: MIELE Dryer and Miele washing machine, additional sink and storage for daily household.

Our apartment accommodates up to 9 guests, with 1 of the sleeping arrangements provided on a comfortable single sofa bed due to limited bed availability (1 king, 3 queens). There is an additional $35 fee for providing linens and setting up the sofa bed. Please inform us in advance if you will require this setup to ensure all guests have a cozy and restful stay!

Great apartment in a great location.We stayed here with our family (3 adults, 3 kids) and it was a great stay. Was easy enough to grab keys and get into.The location was good, food options within walking distance and tram directly out front.The apartment itself was great, stocked with everything we needed, and comfy for our group. Short stay

All in all it was a good stay. A little bumpy to check in but we got there in the end. A few condiments left in the fridge would have been handy. It’s obviously a lived in house. Coffee machine didn’t work . Not enough drinking glasses for 8 people and there was no knives. Kitchen probably just needed a few extras. Thank you for having us.
