"We had to modify our trip when we arrived in Vietnam as our daughter fell very sick on the first day. We had no feedback from the hotel, despite the fact that our request was just to postpone our arrival. Customer service was inexistent."

"The staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel is generally clean but the facility is dated. It needs some sprucing up. But for the price, it’s worth it. You get what you pay for."

"Vi blev fristet af et foto af en pool. Der er ingen pool. Man tilbyder transport til et gym, som ligger 2 km væk. Der var ikke varmt vand i bruseren på badeværelset på hotellet. Meget god beliggenhed i forhold til færgen til Phu Quac. Det er på den anden side af gaden."

"Good services, friendly. No frige, no eleveter!"

"Perfect stay. Very elegant, luxurious, clean and comfortable stay. One of the best stays in Rach Gia, and my favorite stay in Vietnam. The town is charming, people are friendly, and staff was very accomodating. I slept so good in the bed. The view overlooking the ocean. I am very happy with my stay here . Very high quality. The hotel is brand new. I highly recommend the diamond hotel."
