"We were quite disappointed in this stay. It was quite loud late into the night and the “bungalows” didn’t keep out the noise. The rooms weren’t specifically clean but the biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The coffee machine wasn’t restocked-no coffee, the choices were vast but not restocked well. We arrived one hour before breakfast was slated to end but 3/4 of the offerings were empty and not restocked through the completion of the breakfast time. The sad part was that we paid...

"The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable including a small kitchen. Very spacious with the exception of the shower, which feels cramped. It is situated in the University area and only about 5 to 10 minutes walk from the centre. The service provided by the reception team was excellent. Communication was clear and my enquiries were responded to immediately and in a friendly, helpful manner. I would definitely stay here again."

"The location is so central and so fun; you can walk everywhere you might want to go, including right across the street for wonderful food, coffee, people-watching and atmosphere. The huge, antique-filled apartment is fit for for a movie setting. EVERYTHING you could possibly need is there. It truly couldn't be more perfect."

"Overall it was great. It would’ve been nice to know that there is no elevator because the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there were a lot of stairs, so if you’re coming with a lot of luggage, it is a struggle. The apartment has a regular bed and a sofa bed, which were pretty comfortable. We did need more sheets and towels during our stay. The location was perfect and the communication with the staff was also very good. "

"The property had a beautiful country setting. It reminded me of an old farmhouse. The outside entertainment area was great. Unfortunately we weren’t able to enjoy it due to the mosquitoes. The property owner supplied us with citronella candles but the bugs won! There isn’t any air conditioning including the bedrooms. It was quite war despite the ceiling fans and we couldn’t leave the windows open because of the bugs. It was a nice retreat after being in the busy city of Bologna."

"Path to property has nice plantings that were blooming. We were greeted by hosts as soon as taxi arrived, showed where things were, and given lots of tourist information. They could not have been any more friendly and helpful. They live across the hall on the same floor and were always available for our questions. Kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is another plus. Highly recommend this property. You will love the hosts."

"We spent 6 nights in this very nice apartment in early June 2024. It has all that we needed including a washing machine and 2 drying racks. There is also a dishwasher. The bed is very comfortable and there are plenty of extra pillows. The apartment has air conditioning in both the main room and bedroom and works very well. "They said there was wifi and there wasn’t. The fridge did not work. The picture showing the beautiful garden actually belonged to the person who lived next to the studio. There was no door to the bathroom. There was plywood everywhere. The look was high and difficult to access even thought we are fit and trim women. Worst place I have ever had to stay in. "
