"clean and comfy bed. Overall, nice. BUT front door lock and instructions not good. The numbers on the lock are invisible. there is no obvious "home" button to push. None of which is mentioned in the instructions. Also, the sign on the top of the fridge needs attention. The headline is "Before you leave" with no hint that tenants should read it upon arrival to see the internet instructions. There is no book of further information as claimed."

"Good location, nice back yard. Great having a washer and dryer on site. You can tell the decor was done with love, and the kitchen was supplied with more than adequate utensils and things you might need for your stay."

"The hosts created an amazingly comfortable space for us and our dogs! They had everything one would need on a stop over, well thought out. The location is 1/2 a block from a beautiful park and coffee shop, perfect for a walk with the dogs. Thank you! I’m saving this location for any future trips!!"

"Cathy is Great, The home is a giant older single story Family Home with a basement full of beds and air hocky table, Huge kitchen and dining room, Hot tub, Pool, alot of toys for the pool, garage, even entry gates to the property its fenced, and surrounded by wild turkeys and deer ! "this house was actually better than we expected. centralized location, the owners had put up a Christmas tree and other decorations which made us feel right at home. right across from the 2 streets that totally decorate to the max and the family enjoyed walking around both nights that we were there. Would definitely rent this house again"

"The home still smells new! My spouse and I traveled with our 1.5 year-old daughter and dog to visit family for Thanksgiving, and this was the definition of cozy and pet-friendly. Fully fenced and well maintained yard, great neighborhood to walk, and nicely furnished. They even had a really nice waffle maker that we're considering buying now, after using it! I've been staying in Medford many years and this was one of the best places I've stayed."

"We were very happy with this property. The downstairs is small but nice and functional. The upstairs is quite roomy especially the master bedroom and bathroom! Nice large television too. There is a second room plus a small alcove in the master with a bed perfect for keeping little children near mom and dad at night. The front yard is great for dogs and the parking is ample."

The neighborhood is quiet. Cartwright Market is very close for provisions and excellent sandwiches. The home is very clean and well maintained.
