We offer special rates for monthly stays and have a wide variety of apartments located in various areas of Medellín, Antioquia, to suit your needs.

The space includes a double bed measuring 1.40 cm with a nightstand for added convenience. The bathroom is separate and features hot water, as well as being equipped with towels, toilet paper, and body soap to ensure you have everything you need during your stay.

The kitchen, equipped with natural gas, is fully furnished with a microwave, refrigerator, pots, glasses, cups, cooking utensils, and a complete set of dishes. You'll also find a coffee maker stocked with coffee and sugar, perfect for starting your day with energy.

For your entertainment, the accommodation comes with a 32-inch TV with a Netflix subscription and over-the-air channels. Additionally, the closet is equipped with hangers for clothes, and the dining area can also serve as a practical workspace.

We have our main office in Laureles and a dedicated team that manages all aspects to ensure a comfortable and peaceful stay.

We are just one block from the Aguacatala metro station, making access to public transportation easy, including taxis and various bus routes. In Medellín, transportation apps for both motorcycles and cars are also available.

Although the accommodation does not have private parking, street parking is convenient, or you can use a nearby parking facility. We are located 24 kilometers from José María Córdova International Airport in Rionegro and just 4 kilometers from Olaya Herrera Airport in Medellín. Additionally, the city has two bus terminals: one to the south, located 4.6 kilometers away, and another to the north, 11 kilometers away.
