"Clean, comfortable, and great location"

"House was very clean, easy to get into the door. Garage was great too store the rental car. Rooms were clean and quiet to stay in. Bathrooms were clean and had great showers. Front room and bedrooms are very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed, except sugar ."

"Nice and cozy place. Really enjoyed my stay, and the owner had really good communication. It’s in a great location especially if you are looking to float the comal river. Only down side was the condition of the pans and cooking treys. Overall I would 100% go back. I’d give 9.6 out of 10 for the whole experience."

"Great place and location. I loved my stay. Felt like home everytime I pulled up and walked in."

"We loved staying here! I particularly loved the back patio view. The property was clean, and communication with the hosts was great. We didn't have any issues, and all instructions were very clear. We had a great time and would definitely stay again!"

"Very clean and spacious. Close to all entertainment options. Would book again."

"This was an amazing experience with my husband! It was so peaceful and the owner/staff are amazing! We highly recommend this wonderful place. We had the place to ourselves, the hot tub and pool were very refreshing. The wine tasting was fantastic, and the rooms were so cute and unique. We were only planning for one night but booked it for another night. We highly recommend this place and we will be coming back "

"Wonderful little property close to all the fun in Gruene and New Braunfels! Despite being close to everything, this property is so peaceful. We enjoyed watching the guinea fowl and deer. Perfect weekend getaway!"

"Great spot! Casita was perfect."

"I had high hopes for this property. When we arrived box of trash by door and they picked it up the next day. Floors and carpet nasty had to clean upon arrival. No silverware in home and then was accused of stealing it. The home states it is dog friendly but no fence around yard. Cool looking house but won’t stay again. Very disappointed with reaction and cleanliness of home. Host was nice and responsive but did not listen when I told him state house was in and did not give me any money back due...
