Cozy cottage with bunkie that’s minutes to Bear Lake, ATV and Snowmobile trails.

If you’re an outdoor enthusiast, this is your little piece of paradise. Our property is 5 minutes to Bear Lake for fishing and 3 minutes to the snowmobile and ATV trails. This is a modest, but cozy and clean, 4 season cottage with 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, living room, a full washroom and small laundry room. There is also a heated bunkie with 2 bunk beds (double bed on bottom and single bed on top). The bunkie also has a futon couch, refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker. There is a 2 piece washroom beside the bunkie but it is only for summer use so please note anyone staying in the bunkie in the winter months will have to go to the main cottage to use the washroom (a minute walk) and there is outdoor lighting to guide you. There is a large fire pit and a gazebo with a patio table. There is a covered front porch with a bbq and a side deck that gets lots of sunshine. All dishes, pots and pans are supplied, and so are towels, but you’ll need to bring your own bedding. there There is a variety store and gas station in Sprucedale (about a 20 minute drive) that will have most groceries and toiletries you need if you forget to bring anything. You can take your ATV or snowmobile right to the store as the trail leads right to it. There is ample parking for your truck and trailers as well. If you do bring your dog, please note that they must be leashed when outside. This truly is a little piece of outdoor paradise. We hope you’ll decide to stay and see it for yourself.
