The cottage was immaculate, every detail was thoughtful and homey, and it had just the things you’d want for a kale vacation- canoe, sup, kayak, perfect dock, lovely clear lake, board games, stocked kitchen, deck with hammock and bbq, and comfy beds. "The location is good. Close to the beach and grocery store. The swim area access slippery and rocky so I recommend to bring water shoes. The lake is not too busy with motor boats so we were able to catch some fish. The hosts were nice and responsive. Overall nice stay."

"I had my bachelorette party here this past weekend. We had 17 girls in their 20's/30's sleep comfortably. The hosts greeted us when we arrived and showed us how to use everything. Scott and Sharon are the sweetest people. The large BBQ outside is great for dinners with large groups. Kitchen was also stocked with everything we needed. We loved the paddle boat and paddle boards. "Family from Michigan had a great 4 night stay at this wonderful cottage on 12 Mile Bay. The view from the windows are great! Hummingbirds and Loons everywhere. Communication with the host was excellent and the cottage interior was wonderful for the family to enjoy meals and relax in the morning and the evening. We took a day trip to canoe to Moon River Falls – about 16Km drive away to rent canoes at Moon River Cottages (highly recommended). We also took another day trip to Parry Sound to explore...

"This cottage is large , new and has a great setting on the edge of Silver Lake right across the Lake Joseph Road from Lake Joseph. Three beautiful bedrooms and large living space decorated tastefully. Outside amenities have hammocks, hot-tub , fire pit and new dock beside lake and cottage . Very high class appointments."

"The Cottages were beautiful. Clean, modern and all the recreational options were available: Boat, canoe, Excellent swimming opportunity. The owner responded almost immediately to requests for info or questions regarding the cottage functioning. The lake is sooo clean and the fishing was great. The residents were very friendly and helpful. We got stuck in the middle of the lake because the gas line got kinked and so many nice people stopped to help us. Very enjoyable and would highly recommend....

"The property is conveniently located, very clean & spacious. The listing did not indicate that 1 bedroom was on a different level of the house. This created a problem for our sleeping arrangements as we were travelling with 2 small children. It would have been better if at least 1 of the bedrooms had 2 single beds to allow more flexible sleeping arrangements.
