"Even during their current remodeling, they earned 5 stars!! The upgrades are super and the staff very helpful. I was greeted with an incredibly fresh aroma when I entered the property. Nice touch!!"

"I was greatly disappointed based on the reviews and appearance of the building. The room was ok with the exception of the shower and the overwhelming smell of mold/mildew. I stayed 2 nights, after the first night I stopped at the desk and requested some fresh towels and for the trash to be emptied as it contained carry out from the previous night. After an extremely long and tiring day I returned to the room only to discover nothing had been done, wet towels were still on the bathroom floor,...

"Great place! We had stayed here before and came back. Super close to the Natatorium, Hockey area and downtown. Perfect fit and location at Bowling Green. Will definitely be returning!"

"The smoke detectors were hanging from the ceiling and maybe didn’t work, the toliet was loose and when you sat on it it sifted, the peep hole was blocked with toliet paper because it was broken, the water for a shower was lukewarm and didn’t get hot, the TV wasn’t working properly and we had to work for a while to get it to work and the manger was not at the desk when I went to complain and the phone in the room was broken. The worst hotel I have ever stayed at!!!"
