Welcome to this modern apartment in Marina Mazatlán! Enjoy breathtaking views of the marina from your private balcony. The space features 2 comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed for your comfort. The building offers an elevator and private parking for your convenience. Located in a safe and privileged area of Marina Mazatlán, you'll find restaurants just a 3-minute walk away, allowing you to explore the best local cuisine without needing to use your car.



The Space:

It’s a 2-bedroom apartment. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a balcony, an area to store clothes and personal items, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed and a closet. The living room includes a double sofa bed, a Smart TV, and a beautiful balcony with views of the pool and marina. The dining area seats 6, and there’s also space to sit at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is equipped with the basics, but any special requests can be accommodated and will be fulfilled as quickly as possible.



Guest Access:

A link with step-by-step instructions on how to access the property will be sent to you. It includes the location with the address, building entrance codes, the safety box code where you’ll find the card to open the parking gate with a sensor, the lock code, and a tutorial on how to enter it.

Just steps away, you'll find delicious restaurants, cozy cafes, and lively bars with beautiful ocean views. Fancy a beach day? You're only 5 minutes away by car! Plus, it's super convenient to reach incredible places like the fascinating Mazatlán Aquarium and the modern Galerías Mazatlán shopping mall (just 2 minutes away). And don't worry about a thing - you have everything you need nearby: supermarkets, pharmacies, and basic services at hand.

The parking is private and requires a card to open the doors. It has 24/7 security.



Other Things to Note:

The pool is shared and located on the 1st floor. The grill area can be used without any problem as long as the rules are respected, such as the prohibition of glass near the pool. The hours are approximately from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
