"Great stay. Clean and comfortable room. Shout out to the bartender on 7/26/25. He was closing up, when a thirsty group of concert go-ers showed up. He opened back up and made sure everyone was taken care of. Great guy that helped cap off a great night!"

"Delta Richmond was very cleannand quiet. The shuttle drivers Mr. Gary and Mr. O. were amazing. They gave us recommendation and were very speedy and polite. The check in was a breeze. The staff was inviting and nice and helpful."

"I loved that the check in process was easy! We requested a refrigerator and it was in our room before we got there. The upgrades to the room were beautiful! We had the option of using Valet Parking or using the parking garage that was just a short walk away. The only thing that was a little inconvenient was the channel guide for the tv. The channels didn’t match the channel guide we had in our room. Other than that…I still give our stay 5 stars across the board. "

I swear the same car kept driving back and forth on the street outside of our room and it was SO loud that was the only thing we weren’t happy with. "
