"First and foremost the property was not anything like the pictures provided. The photos showed a crisp new residence, we walked into a well used and abused rental. Not very clean, a lot of hack job maintenance. The beds were pretty bad, very hard, and what’s up with a 32” TV! Thankfully we came to see the sights and activities which were great. The people at the resort were all top notch, that’s why I am giving 4 stars. The amenities were great! The weather and scenery beautiful!"

"The first condo they gave us was nothing like the photos when I booked. The condo was old, furniture and appliances were old and damaged. We arrived late, so decided to sleep and address it in the morning. Next morning contacted the host by text and also went to front desk. I took pictures of our current condo and sent them to the host and showed them to the front desk and asked to be moved to the condo that I had booked as the one we received was NOT it. They immediately looked into it and...

"Todo estaba muy limpio y lindo. Hermosas facilidades. Excelente y rápido servicio en el check in y check out pero sobre la cama habian gotas de agua q caian del techo."

"It was good overall. Parking is a problem. Too soon for a check out time. It should be at least 11am. I did not like the pressure to leave on time by staff."
