"We were initially excited when we were told we had been “upgraded” to a bungalow from the 2-double bed garden-view room we originally booked. Unfortunately, that excitement quickly faded once we arrived and saw the accommodations. The bungalow had an unusual smell and very little lighting, which made the experience less enjoyable than we had anticipated. What was presented as an upgrade didn’t necessarily feel like one. "Loved that they had the basic necessities for the beach, the beach was almost private, and had the most surreal sunsets. They had beach towels and chairs. The room was clean. They promised breakfast but didn’t have that which was disappointing. The coffee machine in the room didn’t work which was annoying. The staff was very nice, Overall a great experience!"

"Its setup is like a timeshare, meaning it has a kitchen with a refrigerator. Nice-sized rooms and very quiet. Beautiful beach views and easy access to the beach."

"Great location. Rooms a bit old. Only one bed and the sleeping could was not suited for sleeping as you could feel every single spring, so not a comfortable sleep. Great children’s pool and also another one for adults. Right at the beach which was a very nice one and also 10 minutes from Whalers Village and another beach and bay in opposite direction with turtles swimming."

"Overall we had a wonderful stay as we visited on a family vacation with our 3 children. Staff were very friendly, pool was great, beautiful location! I will say though that the beds were horribly uncomfortable. My husband had to quite literally sleep on the couch cushions placed on the ground as the bed was extremely hard, shook constantly due to any movement. I slept on the bed with our baby and didn’t sleep well the entire week. This is the only issue we had as the matttess topper also was...

"I would not stay here again as the walls are VERY thin and you can hear everything all your neighbors are doing. Also, the "partial" ocean view is heavy on the partial. HOWEVER I do want to call out the man and woman that work the front desk, they are FANTASTIC. Very helpful and accommodating and friendly. I would stay at any hotel they were working at."
