"This location is beautiful! It is very relaxing whether you are by the lake, the pool, or just walking around the property. The fishing was a lot of fun and there’s a good variety of fish. Also, there is a reason most reviews comment on how nice Tabby is. She is a very lovely person! The space was very roomy and clean. It was myself, my husband, and our two kids, and we fit very nicely in the space. I think the coffee bar was my favorite! I would very happily stay there again! "

"Olivia has been a tremendous host through out. She provided all the information needed prior to our arrival and checked in with us throughout the stay. All essentials are provided in the cottage, including a huge selection of tea and even cold filtered water waiting for us when we arrived. We had a very enjoyable stay and will definitely return in the future. "

"Such a perfect location between Smoke hole caverns and Seneca Rocks! Walking distance to the famous Triangle Rock! Very spacious house. We LOVED having coffee and conversation in the breezeway. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable! We even got to meet our host, and he was most accommodating! Will stay here again! Book with confidence!"

"The porch is wonderful! Very comfortable furnishings. Sits on a hill that makes the view, provides space for kids and dog to run. With two floors, the late talkers or early risers can have their space! "
