"What a wonderful and perfect little house for a quick getaway. Very clean and nicely decorated with tastefully upgraded bathroom and kitchen area. The owner Brent was wonderful and very responsive. Highly recommend this adorable little home. Great location as The Maritime Museum is just down the street and was such a nice surprise to visit. The grounds were beautiful. We also enjoyed the Deltaville Tap and Raw Bar also just down the street."

"Clean, comfortable home with plenty of room for four college buddies of an age! We walked to town, had great breakfasts at the Kilmarnock Inn, shopped at The Pearl, Fin and Pearl, ate a great lunch at Lee’s. For fun - a concert in the town park , history - visits to numerous historic sites, and a lovely place to relax…BelleHaven was great.It was our second time there.Only thing missing was a full length mirror somewhere…but who cares?!?!!We’ll go back and Kristen was a great host!"

"We have extremely lovely stay and would highly recommend it. Its extremely close to the downtown area, an easy walk to a bunch of the restaurants and stores. The space was perfect for us and was very kid friendly.Hosts were extremely responsive and even immediately brought over a new baby gate when we let the know that it was missing.Highly recommend Casa Fresa and Cape Charles as perfect family escape."

"We are a Family of 4 that stayed and absolutely loved Rosehill Cottage! Set back in a serene setting with the most beautiful view of the Rappahannock River! The Cottage was adorable with plenty of space to spread out, was clean, & had all of the cooking ware you need. The pool was a blast! We really enjoyed our time at the pool! I would definitely give Rosehill Cottage a consideration when you want to get away from the hustle & bustle of everyday life!"

"We enjoyed staying at this dog friendly duplex! Everything was very clean and as advertised. The walkability to everything was wonderful. We were worried that we might be able to hear the neighbors between the shared wall but didn’t hear a thing! It was fun to talk to neighbors and people passing by while sitting on the porch. We also didn’t have to worry about parking for the Friday night concert - all we had to do was step out the door! Our furry family member enjoyed many walks in the park...
