"Beautiful buildings and setting when you first arrive driving through the golf course. I had previously asked for an early check in as we were attending a wedding off site, however they did not manage that for us, so we stored our bags and checked in on our return from the wedding.

My room (contemporary four-poster) was lovely - way cheaper than an average room in a city centre hotel. The food is delicious pub food. It’s in a beautiful location away from the crowds but with a local clientele. Really can’t say anything negative."

"We were lucky enough to stay in the Langford suite. Wow it was as big as a air bb. Decor was 1st class bathroom had a 6ft double shower. Pub was great staff were lovely food to match. The staircase to the suite needs replacing also was surprised to see the entrance mat had a large stain on it. But we would still give you 10 out of 10. "

"The Bear and Swan er ikke et decideret hotel, men en pub med 4 værelser på 1.sal. Alle værelser er helt nyindrettede. Vores værelse var meget lækkert indrettet "boutique style", med en god seng, og et stort lækkert badeværelse. Der er kaffe/temaskine på værelset og der fyldes op med nye forsyninger dagligt. Rengøringsniveauet er meget højt.
På værelserne kan du ikke høre nogen støj fra pubben, selvom vores værelse lå lige ovenpå baren. Pubben lukker under alle omstændigheder kl. 11, så...

"Very cosy place and easy to check in and out at. The bed in the bedroom was a bit too small and the mattress was too hard.
Nice touch with toys in the room and my girls thought it was amazing to see the goat walking around. We will definitely come back."

"Room was clean and spacious! The bar manager(don’t know her name) was absolutely fantastic was very informative and helpful!! A great place to stay if you’re using Bristol airport. "Fabulous location a short drive or park & ride bus from the city centre. Lovely setting and well maintained. Staff were friendly and happy to assist. Food was lovely, with a nice selection for breakfast. Rooms were well designed and spacious, with a lovely private courtyard. Loved being able to have my dog with me and she was even permitted in the bar and breakfast room (not in main area near breakfast bar, which was fine as I had company to watch her). Would stay again 😁"

"It was a nice place to stay when your travel though. Therese a shorts distance to the airport, Bristol center and Bath. We've got 3 nights at this place and used the bus to Bristol and Bath - it was easy. Unfortunately the road is a mainroad and had a lot of noise. "

Travelled with a group of friends, and this hotel had pretty much everything we could have wanted.
The rooms (classic double) were spacious and clean (a few cobwebs on the ceiling, but that did nothing to detract from my experience), and the bed was very comfortable.
No noise bleeding through from other rooms, so there's efficient sound-proofing.
A mini fridge would have made the room perfect, but we made do without.

"I spent seven night at the hotel. I reckon it’s mostly used for business trips and overnight stays, but it was very nice. Only thing I was a bit annoyed with was how the shower would switch a lot between hot and cold. I, at least, wasn’t able to find the middle ground :)
