Equipped with a fantastic king-size bed, there are adjustable spotlights and sockets to be able to charge your mobile phones in comfort, bedside tables to be able to place accessories, an elegant clothes hanger and a desk that will allow you to use the PC or read a good book in peace; there is also a small balcony from where it is possible to admire a glimpse of the panorama of the beautiful Matera villa.

In addition to the Welcome Kit, you will find towels of various sizes, blankets, pillows, sheets and duvets available.

The living room, which represents the heart of the apartment is a true pearl, modern and very bright, thanks to the very high windows, equipped with the best fixtures on the market to isolate the apartment from external noise, they provide direct access to the balcony where it is possible to relax and admire the city, thanks to a spectacular 180 degree view of the villa in Matera.

There is a table where you can spend a convivial moment sharing a lunch or dinner with friends, as well as a comfortable sofa bed, where you can relax, and a 40” JVC 4k television.
