"The host Beatriz made our stay most enjoyable. We had no hot water for a couple of days but Beatriz dealt with the problem immediately. The indoor parking space is tight. The one thing that was disappointing is that there is no Wi Fi and we had to go to the local library to get our emails."

"I would definitely visit this apartment again! It is a beautiful space with sliding glass doors to the balcony. We walked to the beach everyday, leaving our car parked in the gated lot. "The apartment is furnished with both modern and antique furniture. Everything is clean and convenient. The kitchen is well equipped. It is a great walk to the beach and in the other direction there are many great restaurants, bars, cafes."

"Insgesamt 4 prima Tage in der ruhigen Wohnung verbracht. Musste zeitweise im Homeoffice arbeiten, was mit dem angebotenen Internet der Wohnung hervorragend geklappt hat. Kleiner Supermarkt und Früchteladen war trotz Nebensaison offen und zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Wohnung wurde mit einer elektrischen Heizung gemütlich warm. Horacio ist ein toller Vermieter, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit."

No tienes que mover el coche para moverte. Al lado de bajo de guía y unos 10-15 minutos al centro. Zona tranquila y edificio también. Comunicación perfecta con los dueños, y contacto en cualquier momento por si hay alguna duda. Perfecto"

"Appartement très agréable, bien équipé et l’accueil par la propriétaire est très sympathique. Plage et restaurants accessibles à pieds. Parking en sous sol avec un ascenseur qui dessert le 2e étage. Seuls points à améliorer mais non bloquants : canapés confortables mais un peu fatigués et literie un peu dure pour les personnes âgées que nous sommes !"

"Maria was an excellent host, replied to any questions promptly and offered us so much information about the local area and traditions. This made our stay in Sanlucar so much more enjoyable even though we love this town. Maria went beyond all expectations when we encountered a problem with the hob on the cooker which was totally out of her control. The apartment is located in the old town very central for local shops and bars and very spacious and well maintained with a good selection of kitchen...

"A fabulous family beach vacation in Matalascanas! The home is very spacious with several outdoor patios and/or open air dining areas by simply opening up the sliding doors. The home is right on the beach w/ a very private and secured entrance onto the boardwalk that takes you in less than 5-10 minutes walking to bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, and the local supermarket.
