"This is an affordable, basic accommodation near the public pier that met all my family's needs. Manager was on site and quick to respond. Room is spacious with microwave, mini fridge, single serve coffee maker, electric skillet and griddle. Queen beds were comfortable and the air conditioning kept us cool. "Clean and spacious but the AC/Heater is much less than adequate. It is only 50° outside but the heater cannot keep up. There were no extra blankets or linens for the futon and only two bath towels and two hand towels for 5 people. Also would recommend a closet with a bar for hanging clothes hangers. "

The only negative thing I have to say is that I didn't look closely at the bunkbeds -- they have a weight limit of 160 pounds. I have a big teenager who didn't fit on the bunks. "The property was just enough space for my family of 4 + our puppy. It’s 4 minutes or less from everything. (Beach, Walmart, great food) We had an issue with wifi and the property manager resolved it in timely manner. Overall the stay was great and we can’t wait to book again."

"The house was clean, and had a cute Beachy vibe. It was decorated very modern, and had plenty of space. I’m walking distance to the Fulton Pier and many of the local restaurants. The Port Aransas Pass Ferry was a short drive, which made getting to Port Aransas Beach an easy commute. I recommend taking the Ferry instead of driving. We did both! We visited both The Fulton Irish Pub and the Boiling Pot, and the food was excellent. Great place to stay!"
