"Staying at the Mason was fantastic! As I am also a in the Bahamas I pay close attention to detail and everything was A+. The response time from the host was super fast and we never felt in a quandary as to what to do. We arrived past the check in time of 12am and Ashish was there waiting when we arrived - flawless check in! I can’t say enough about the location but that it was near great restaurants, grocery stores and directly across from the Eaton Center Mall.
If we ever return to Toronto...

"Close to amenities, walkable to most major tourist attractions and shopping. There are plenty of grocery, coffee and food options in the area. Even though it’s in the heart of downtown, it’s still quiet while in the property. The beds and bathrooms were comfortable. The AC worked wonderfully during the heat wave as well."

"Nice room and stay. The room was clean and good - the bed really soft.
The breakfast was really nice and all you needed to start the day with. Good location - 15minutes walk to the must highlights and pubs right next to you. We would stay here again if going to Toronto "

They were working very hard and the restaurant is slightly too small for a hotel this large, so there was always a bit of wait time when going to breakfast, which is the only negative thing I could mention. The breakfast was quite decent. Awesome fresh fruit selection, and their yoghurt parfaite was so good!! Always fresh pancakes, waffles or French toast, and the coffee was good too. We ordered eggs from the waiters which was included in the breakfast buffet, and the hotel was located a short walk from the Union Station, so public transportation was very easy! You don't need to buy or install a Presto card either, just tap your own bank card when you enter a train or bus."
