"Clean room wish they had bacon at breakfast"

"Rooms were clean. Had a couple of bathroom issues that were taken care of immediately. The bed was comfortable. The pool was just warm enough and clean. The pool area was clean too. The breakfast was good - waffles, Danish, fruit, cereal - hot and cold . The eggs and meat varied by day. Coffee was good. Most of the staff were very friendly. "I called the day before saying we would be checking in late, and to request a crib. We were told it would not be an issue. After a long day of travel, we arrived around midnight and checked in. It appeared we were placed in the wrong room - we were supposed to get a King suite and were given a double queen - and without a crib. I"

"I liked how clean it was but as far as price it could have been lower considering I saw a few roaches in my room and there was none of the things available that was offered like breakfast and everything else was closed ( pool, bar, lounge) no ice available no vending machines and they offered wifi and they had none and you won't know until you check in. "The room we had secured through Expedia was not available when we got to this hotel. There was a host of issues in this hotel one was the floors were absolutely disgusting. I had to buy a swiffer mop to mop the floors after getting on my hands and knees and using a whole tub of Lysol wipes on the floor in the kitchen. "As soon as I walked into my room the strong smell of cleaning materials filled my nostrils. Other travelers coming and going at all hours. At 1:30 am a constant barking of a dog from next door room. Impossible sleep . Also, laughter and loud conversation from the same room. That lasted until 4:30 am. They had total disrespect for other travelers. I might of had two hours of sleep. I checked out promptly at 7:00 am. I do not recommend this hotel . I would not stay there again ."

"They canceled our stay without stating the reason. In the message they told they refunded our money. They never did Eventually after 2 weeks we got our refund from Expedia after several attempts to reach the hotel. It was the graduation week and our booking that we booked 3 months before cost us $90. Immediately after cancellation their relisted our room for $260. Total scammers. Their phone number they list is a cell phone number that goes straight to a voicemail. Avoid."

"The room was clean, AC worked properly, the kitchenet was convenient. This place offers great breakfast options, friendly staff assists with breakfast and all over the place. If we'll travel to Lansing again, we will stay there for sure."

"The room okay. The carpet felt dirty on bare feet. I did not like that we didn't get room service or the option for room service. The had a sticker on the bathroom mirror that said you would get room service every 3 days, which we were only staying 3 nights - no room service for fresh towels, get our trash, etc. Everywhere else I have been, they offer daily room service if I chose."
