"I called the day before saying we would be checking in late, and to request a crib. We were told it would not be an issue. After a long day of travel, we arrived around midnight and checked in. It appeared we were placed in the wrong room - we were supposed to get a King suite and were given a double queen - and without a crib. I"

"We enjoy staying at this hotel for the annual Capital City Comic Con. This year, we had a room with a view of the river and watched a fireworks show, which was a bonus. We will definitely be returning to this location and highly recommend this hotel to other cosplayers."

"The ONLY positive thing I can say about this hotel was that the room was clean and the staff was helpful. Other than that I was not impressed. This hotel needs a major cleanup-there were weeds everywhere, overgrown landscaping beds, the wood on the windows were in need of repair and overall aesthetically just gave me the ickies. The kitchen was useless as there were no kitchen items available. The towels had dirt streaks on them so we asked for new ones. Also, when I checked in I am certain...

"No water. Was told the whole time they were fixing it. I get it things happen. 4 nights 5 days of no water to little water. The staff telling the whole hotel they can’t wash towels because they don’t have enough water. Cold to luck warm showers when there was water. Yes I would have moved hotels if everything wasn’t booked for a trap shooting nationals. Told I don’t get money back because I booked third party. Missing tv that was to be in our room. One of the reasons I booked...

"Staff were helpful and friendly. My biggest disappointment was the lack of a mini fridge in the room. Most hotels of this caliber provide a mini fridge, and it would have been useful for beverages and snacks."

"Room was not stocked with toiletries and had to go down to the counter to get the rest of the toiletries. Bathroom looked like it had been remodeled but not done well."

"The room was nice and clean and the beds were comfy. I wished there had been a microwave for our eating out leftovers. There was not much water pressure so showers were affected. Staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was pretty basic…I missed having waffles…and there was little daily variety. We were charged $10 a day to park! I think that was outrageous!"
