"Let me start off by saying that the pictures truly do not do this place justice. If you think the place looks nice, wait til you get there. You'll be blown away. As far as booking and documentation, it was one of the easiest of all places I've stayed at through VRBO. Daniel was our booking agent and he was incredibly gracious and accommodating.
