"What a wonderful stay!!! Far enough from Knoxville, yet close enough to Knoxville. It had everything we needed and the property was gorgeous inside and out! We will definitely be staying there again!"

"The property is absolutely amazing. So peaceful! We sat on the little patio and listened to nature both evenings. Even got to hear the donkeys nicker a couple times. We met the sweet gentleman that lives there and talked for few minutes. Was sure to let us know to call if we needed anything. BUT, this is the only time we saw anyone during our stay. Very private. We had everything we needed. Very roomy home. Close and easy 15 minute to where we were going in Knoxville. Would absolutely...

"Property is beautiful. Definitely need better internet/ Wi-Fi and I was surprised there was no toilet paper left for us. Other than that this is a beautiful area very relaxing."

"A perfect, adorable house for time with friends! We only stayed one night, but definitely wished we stayed at least two. It was very close to Dollywood like the description said, so it was convenient for us!"

"Property was exactly as advertised, new and clean. Beautiful mountain views and view of the city. We stayed for a wedding at the Trillium Wedding venue. It was perfect for us. Checkin was easy, we received all the information beforehand, I would recommend and stay again"

"This cottage was adorable and perfect for an overnight stay! It was spacious and clean! Great shower pressure and comfy bed! Had difficulties finding the cottage at night. Before getting to the large private drive, you will make an immediate left (it will look like you’re driving into someone’s driveway) but the cottage will be on the right! Already planning a trip back and WILL book this again! Brian was quick to respond and extremely easy to communicate with! :)"

"House was as pictured. Cute little cottage on wooded property. Deck was comfortable to sit outside. Kathy was attentive to any questions. Check in and check out were both easy. Kathy was very accommodating! Would definitely stay again. "

"This place was amazing. I was really close to restaurants and grocery stores so it was easy to pop out and get stuff. The house looked almost better than the pictures and the host was very responsive. I would highly recommend!"

"We always take a trip with our besties & found that january & February are the best times time go. This was a cute cottage in a small cul-de-sac if you wanna call it. Quiet neighborhood. Just enough away from the noise of town but you could walk if you wanted to. The house was clean, just as described on the listing & hosts were quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely stay here again. "
