"I heard nothing from the host the day of, but was charged and received check in instructions. I booked six months in advance. When I arrived at the property and my code worked to open the door, there were at least eight guys staying at the place and it was messy. There may have been illegal activity. They indicated their “boss” had booked the place for the week and could not give me any information. When I called the host, he didn’t answer my call. He later said he deactivated his VRBO account...

"Exactly what we needed. Two rooms and space to share a meal and a birthday celebration before a concert. Space was clean and safe. Lovely firepit out back that we couldn't enjoy because of the rain. Well stocked kitchen, newish VRBO quality furniture."

"Over all experience was good I would suggest the front yard and the deck be cleaned up. Cigarette butts left in ash tray and seating was dirty on the deck."

"It was great to have a private garage, safe place to park. The house was clean and had everything that we needed. Let’s of space to spread out and relax. Being that there is 3 levels with bedrooms on all it would have been nice to have ceiling fans to better accommodate everyone’s temperature liking. For the top to be comfortable the bottom was cold. But that is the only downside to this beautiful property. "

"We loved our stay! The backyard and patio are super cute and were great spaces to relax and enjoy. The large dining table made meals easy and convenient. The bedrooms were on the smaller side, but comfortable. The upstairs bathroom was spacious, and the first-floor bathroom was functional and convenient.The only thing worth noting for future guests is that the stairs are a bit steep—which is fairly common for this style of house—but helpful to keep in mind"
