"i live in falmouth but often come to the vineyard to see friends and get “away”, discovered this hotel and stayed for one night! the location is unbeatable. it is a bit tucked away which i liked but also in the middle of everything. the door codes were very convenient and modern. i didn’t mind that there wasn’t a desk person on site per say; common of boutique hotels! it was the weekend of july 4th so i knew the area would be insane, although my only gripe was that from midnight to 3am there was...

"Room was very nice and efficiently laid out. Great location for walking to restaurants and shops. Outdoor patio was so nice for a night cap. Front porch also had a very pleasant seating area. Their hospitality bar had a nice assortment of herbal teas, water, coffee, freshly baked cookies.
