"The host was nice and communicative, and the unit was generally clean. However, the box spring for the one queen bed was soooo loud and obnoxious. The tiniest movement caused so much noise! All night long, we’d be woken up when either of us even just slightly shifted. We ended up taking the mattress off the box spring and laying it on the floor of the kitchen, and we slept so much better that way. The mattress itself isn’t bad, it’s the box spring causing an unholy amount of noise. The location...

"This hotel was a rent by the night / month apartments for down and out drug users. I have never been to a worse hotel. Passed out people out front and filthy front door and check in area. We were told it previously had a meth lab inside. I want our money back. I can’t believe Expedia would have a location like this listed. "

The floor in the motel room was very dirty and the bathroom was dirty the medicine cabinet needs to be cleaned out did not want to put my toothbrush in there and the shower could have been scrubbed too and cleaner shower curtain. The staff was over the top of helpful they were wonderful!"

"A fun historical property right in the main port area. The front desk was friendly and had some good recommendations. However, they didn't tell us we got the haunted room until the next day. The ghost was no problem other than banging some windows. Come to think of it, there was a lot of wind that night, so who's to say it was the ghost? One word of warning: there is no elevator, and this is a historical building with 20-foot ceilings. We did get some help with our bags, but something to keep...
